How to Use the Resin Ratio Calculator

Choose whether to measure by volume or weight, enter the total amount, pick a ratio or type a custom one, and set the resin density for gram figures. Press Calculate mix to see part A and part B in millilitres and grams.

What it accounts for

• The total is split by the ratio, so 2:1 gives two-thirds resin and one-third hardener.
• Volume is converted to grams using the resin density you enter.
• Custom ratios such as 2.5:1 are supported.

Mixing safely

Some resins must be mixed by weight, not volume, because the two parts have different densities. Use a scale for those, mix thoroughly, and follow the manufacturer’s ratio exactly. Treat the result as an approximate guide, not a quote.
